Return and Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds, returns, and cancellations for our products being we make items to order, we do not offer refunds or cancellations.  In general, products are not returnable unless there is a defect, design flaws, or damaged in shipping. We will do everything possible to make the product to the customer specifications and expectations, please communicate with us for any concerns.

 

2. Non-Refundable Items

Customized or personalized items are generally not eligible for return unless they are: 

  • Defective: Damaged, broken, or not functional as intended.

  • Not as Described: Different from what was agreed upon in terms of design, specifications, or materials.

 

3. Return Process

If an item is found to be defective, damaged, or not as described, the customer should: 

  • Contact us at faithful.heb11.1@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving the item.

  • Provide clear photos or videos of the defect or discrepancy.

  • Return the item in its original condition and packaging (if applicable).

 

4. Exchange or Store Credit Options

Upon review of the request, we may offer one of the following: 

  • Exchange: If available, an exchange for a replacement item of customer specifications may be offered.

  • Store Credit: If we cannot fix and satisfy the design to customer expectation, store credit will be issued for the customer to purchase different item(s) at a later date.

 

5. Processing Time

We will process refunds within 15 business days of receiving the returned item (if applicable) and verifying the issue. The time it takes for the exchange or store credit may vary depending on specifications. 

 

6. Important Considerations

  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item has been damaged due to misuse or neglect after delivery.

  • Shipping costs for returns may be the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged.
